eSim

I recently got a new iPhone 17 standard yesterday. I did every possible step to ensure that I can receive incoming calls which the issue still persists. I did a diagnostic and it showed a malfunction issue with eSIM… this is frustrating! I have to go back to Xfinity store again to get this resolved.

Did you get everything resolved with visiting the store with the eSIM and is your phone working? Please let us know.

Good Afternoon! No the matter was not resolved after several troubleshooting, deleting the eSIM and activating it again, being sent to Apple and back to XFINITY store to no avail issue not resolved. I had to put in a claim for a replacement phone to see if it will resolve the issue. If it doesn’t XFINITY needs to compensate me a better phone and keep me within the same plan with the same monthly payment; if not I’ll have to go to a different carrier or something.
