Empty iPhone box

I ordered three iPhones for Christmas and to arrived in an empty box came as well. It is lost on me how they are not weighed before they are sent out, although it could be stolen in transit I presume. Regardless, I am frustrated. I hope this process does not take three weeks to resolve because one child has a new phone and the other does not. And I have tried to post this on Xfinity‘s website three times and I keep getting an error message so that is exciting too.
