EMERGENCY ONLY CALLS on my SAMSUNG GALAXY
I can only make Emergency only calls... I called Samsung and they're telling me it's Xfinity issue.
Went into Xfinity and the employee there told me it's a hack! I looked all over the Internet;
it's going back to "it's Xfinity's" issue....

Hey @user_cq91kf, Thank you for visiting our official Xfinity Forums Community support page. We would be more than happy to provide some basic troubleshooting steps to help discover the issue. With your Samsung, can you go to Settings app -> Connections -> SIM Manager and let us know if the Xfinity Mobile SIM is showing and enabled? You should see an Xfinity SIM with your phone number listed along with a toggle to disable/enable?
