Device locked....
I'm a veteran of these united states.... I like to think im a patient man.... xfinity is making me wanna cross that line....I came from tmobile to xfinity mobile..... they offered me a bunch of stuff I've never received if I port my phones over... mainly went for the offer of a lower internet bill..... then I found out that they're service drop calls so freaking always.... I broke my factory unlocked phone and had I replaced thru the xfinity device protection.... it only took 11 days for them to send me a new device..... the device I sent them was factory unlocked.... the replacement I received was locked to they're carrier.... didn't find out until after I ported all my numbers back to tmobile..... now they're refusing to help or giving me the run around.... if you support veterans.... don't go to xfinity mobile.... it'll be cheaper for you to pay me 20 bucks a month and get unlimited everything on my tmobile veteran plan if money was an issue.... I've called xfinity so many times today I tried to reach theyre internet side looking for a different outcome... atleast the internet side gave me a bill credit for having to deal with the mobile sides bull..... ima print out my xfinity assistant conversations and send it to the Comcast corporation office.... maybe some off them customer service reps get fired.... posting on social... whatever I have to do to safe as many souls as I can from going to this service
