Device credit

I added a line because of the promotion you have for the iPhones it said save $400 for adding a new line and extra $400 when you transfer line said I would be receiving device credit well I received the phone activated it transferred the number over and I don’t see anywhere that says anything about device credit. It shows that I’m paying full price for the phone.

The way our system works is that you will have the full price installment plan for the device but then each month you are making payments you will get a credit for the discount that is spread out over the device payments. This is why you see the full price and not a discounted price.

Yes but it’s showing I’m paying $23 a month for the phone and when I signed up it says I’m supposed to pay $11.94 that’s what I mean it’s showing no credit at all after porting the number over from different carrier and adding new line the phone is suppose to be $11.94 a month and right now it’s showing $23 a month which is the original price with no credits

@user_c03279, it can take up to 2 billing cycles for device credits to show. How long has it been since you ordered?

Sounds like a plan, @user_c03279. If you would like, we can check back in with you when your next bill is posted to see the status.
