Deceptive promotion and billing practices

I intend to file a lawsuit against Xfinity mobile for deceptive promotion and billing practices as well as misrepresentation and breach of privacy. The customer service to resolve my issues over the entire time I have been a customer has been useless and highlights how fraudulent this company is. I was promised a trade in cell phone for no cost but have been billed for the phone despite assurances from numerous agents that I would get a credit for the device. My bill is never consistent t and goes up for no reason. Now Xfinity is telling me I don’t even have a mobile account with them. To top it off Xfinity shared my personal account data breaching my privacy. Every time I call to speak to an agent, they cannot or will not resolve the issue and disconnect the call instead.

we have the same issue. We were promised that our last bill from the previous provider will be paid in full, and for us to receive two $500 gift cards. It’s been 9 months since we mailed our phones to Xfinity. At first they said they got it and just to be patient. Now they’re claiming they never got it 7 months later. I’m not sure how this is legal , it’s clearly a scam. We mailed a brand new iphone 16. I’m planning to file a lawsuit as well

@user_sea7je also we talked to xfinity customer support 20 times and have written down and recorded all the nonsense they told us from waiting for the phones to be processed in our ware house, we got the phones and you’ll see a credit on your next bill, we mailed the gift cards….to now saying we never got the phones. Unbelievable. I’m contacting better business bureau, as well as the attorney general of Illinois.
