Customer Support Tech "Jimmy"
After dialing *611, three phone calls, and receiving a Sims card in the mail as promised, I was connected with “Jimmy”. For the three hours on 3/22/26, Jimmy worked to help find a solution to my SIM issue. He did it! He literally troubleshooted for three hours.
He continually assured me that he was with me until he found a resolution, and he was. If a call dropped requiring him to call back, he did. He was continuously kind, courteous, and encouraging. He has excellent social skills with customers. He was pleasant and I found him fun. I am so impressed with him, that I will be requesting him in the future.
It is unusual to find someone who has technical skills with such personable social skills. I cannot highly recommend Jimmy enough. He was definitely the superhero of the day for me! -The wife, Kim
