Customer Service Representatives make notes about people and abuse them

I have been on the phone for the last week trying to set up my disabled mothers new iphone 16e, and the representatives are not only unruly, rude and unknowledgeable but it takes 30 minutes to an hour to get through the Phone Robot. I really hate Xfinity's abusive system they consider customer service. She didn't have and Apple account and I went to three different places to fill out the form, and finally had to call a 1800 number that didn't work. 

The Xfinity Representative that sold me the phone would not allow me to purchase the cases, and although they are buy one get one free he kept telling me to go somewhere else because it's "cheaper"; it is not. I ordered the cases elsewhere, and by the time they arrived in the mail the phone was broken. I was told after spending three days on the phone trying to set up and apple account to just download simple things like Google, and Instagram on my Moms phone that I would receive the new phone in the morning to sign for it, and a tracking number will be sent to my email. I spend my morning waiting, and have to call Xfinity because neither of these things have happened; mind you it takes 30 minutes to an hour to get through with the Phone Robot. Apparently, it turns out there is no email, and the guy gave me the tracking number over the phone.  

I have finally received the phone, and my disabled mother has been without a phone for a week now. I still can't set it up, because every time I call the customer service representatives are unruly, rude, disrespectful, and the last one I spoke with after having to hang up and call back four times mentioned they are taking notes on me. I asked he send me all of the notes that these representatives have taken on me, and I start to realize why they hate me so much. I have had to set aside my mothers doctor appointments, I have had to limit my free time due to my disabled mother with a broken ankle not having any way to communicate, I have spent hours on the phone between Xfinity, and Apple trying to fix the situation. I am so angry with this Phone Robot, and the fact I have to hang up and call back so many times to speak with a respectful, and knowledgeable representative. I have many task to complete, and I have had to set them aside because I purchased a new phone from xfinity. I bielive that these people are making notes on me, because I was told they were, and they are using the notes of my frustration to justify the abuse that I have had to put up with for the last week. All I want to do is set up my disabled mothers phone, and I have diagnosed disability that makes this extremely frustrating to have to repeatedly deal with the frustrating phone robot. This is not only abuse, but discrimination.
