Xfinity has the worst customer service, I just switch from T-Mobile who has great customer service to Xfinity. I haven't even had their service a month yet and I am sorry that I did. I called the customer service on 4/3/2024 trying to find out when is my bill due the rep inform me that my iPhone is due for an upgrade and it wouldn't cost me anything. I have three iPhone 13 I would just have to send them my iPhone 13 and stay with them for 2 years, so I agreed immediately when I hung up the phone I googled the iPhone 16 and found out that it was the worst phone that Apple made. So I called back trying to cancelled the order and they said that the order was processing and I couldn't cancel the order, I would have to wait until I receive the phones. I received the phones on April 16th and I have been trying to get a shipping label every since. today is April 29th and I still haven't receive the shipping label yet. I call and they say the phone has to be activated before they can send a shipping label and it will take 24 hours. Ok so I wait the 24 hours and call back and they tell me that they will have to activate the phone and this time it will take 48 hours again so I wait and call back inn 48 hours and get the same answer. One thing for sure and two things for certain I am not keeping those phones and they are not getting my iPhone 13 either.

Hi there, @user_55jk37! Thanks for reaching out to us here on the Community Forum. Sorry to hear that you had trouble cancelling your upgrade and obtaining a return label. We want to make sure to get this resolved. Did you receive the label yet or did you still need a hand getting one?
