Log in to your account on the Xfinity app or website, navigate to the Account or Billing section, and choose Payment Methods to add a new card/bank account, then set it for Auto Pay.

I am sorry to hear about the issues you are having paying the bill, but you have come to the right place for assistance with this. What method are you using to pay the bill? Is it through the Xfinity app? Have you tried using the website that @DreamSayerZ mentioned?
