Canceled mobile
Hello,
I am stuck in a frustrating 24-hour mobile order cancellation loop. I have attempted to place an online order for an Xfinity Mobile device, but the system keeps flagging it for identity (ID) verification. However, the automated email containing the verification upload link never arrives in my inbox or spam folder.
Because the ID is never uploaded, the order automatically cancels itself at the 24-hour mark.
I have already visited a physical retail store, and they informed me they cannot bypass this or hand over the device because it was required to ship to my home. I have also called standard phone support and the Customer Security Assurance (CSA) desk multiple times, but agents simply pass me around and transfer my call.
This is an automated system glitch where the verification emails are failing to generate. I need a Digital Care Specialist to securely message me, look up my profile, and manually handle my identity verification so my mobile order can successfully process and ship. Thank you.
