Black listed because I’m switching carriers! Shame!

I switched carriers after many years with Xfinity. I can’t turn my phone in for trade in with the new carrier because Xfinity has black listed it. This is sneaky and shady business practices. I’ve spent hours on the phone, over 7 separate calls and they don’t fix it. They claim to fix it but it’s still blacklisted. This is ridiculous. I’ve paid every bill on time and the phone’s been paid off for over 2 years. Shame on you Xfinity. You need to fix this and do better.

I did dm and you have not resolved the problem. You have rendered MY PROPERTY useless and worthless. I have filed a complaint with the better business bureau. Xfinity you need to make this right. You’re stealing from your customers.

As mentioned in the above comment, I did dm you and you claim that the issue is resolved. I can assure you it is not. You have reported my phone stolen or lost and it is on a blacklist, not able to be traded in. I need this fixed or you can pay me the cost of the upgraded phone so I can pay that to the new carrier.
