Bills

Dear Xfinity Customer Service,

I am contacting you because I am extremely frustrated with the situation regarding my Xfinity Mobile device balances.

I can clearly see the remaining balances for my devices on my Xfinity account, but I am not being given any option to pay these balances off. When I try to access the payment system, I receive a message stating that I do not have Xfinity Mobile service associated with my Xfinity ID because the service has been deactivated.

However, I still have outstanding device balances, and I am fully prepared to pay them. I should not be prevented from paying a balance that Xfinity says I owe.

I currently have three devices with outstanding balances, including two iPhone 17 devices and one iPhone 17 Pro. I need to pay all three device balances in full and receive written confirmation that each device has a $0 balance.

Please provide me with:

  1. The exact payoff amount for each of my three devices.
  2. A way to make the payment immediately.
  3. Written confirmation/receipts showing that each device has been paid in full.
  4. An explanation as to why I can see the balances on my account but cannot access a bill or payment option for those balances.

This situation has become unacceptable. I have the money and am trying to pay what I owe, but Xfinity’s system is preventing me from doing so. I should not have to spend additional time going back and forth with customer service simply to pay an existing balance.

Please resolve this issue as soon as possible and provide me with a clear way to pay the balances in full.
