Been lied to and now paying for it

I called to increase my data plan because we had too much going on. I was talked into adding on a mobile plan with an iPad to get a bundle price. It has been nothing but a headache since then.  Now I got an email that I am going to be charged by auto draft a $430 payment. I have called and got the wrong phone numbers to dispute this.
