Apple Watch cellular plan activate

I got my kid An Apple Watch today and have Family setup. Try to get a stand along cellular plan through 1Global (Better roaming ) but got stuck when I installed it. It shows “ the Xfinity mobile account on this iPhone cannot add a cellular plan to your Apple Watch” anyone knows how to resolve it? thank you
