A mailing label for the trade in was NEVER sent to me.

I upgraded my phone back in September to the new iPhone 17.  I never received an email with a return shipping label, so now I'm on the hook to pay for all four phones. The rep at the Xfinity store told me he couldn't help me when I tried to return the phones there.  Calling for support twice didn't resolve the issue either.  In addition to never receiving the email with the label, no other communication was ever sent regarding this being an issue.  Now I have a bill for several thousand dollars.  This is like borderline fraud to me.  I've see where customers have posted here in the forum and have been helped, so throwing a hail mary...
