A damaged operating system on cell phone.

I have been without a cell phone since June 8th. Due to the negligence of one of your sales associates at your store location. I'm tired of talking to agents. No one has called me back or emailed me on this situation. I don't understand.  How do a company that has a business do not have an email. I'm not paying for a phone that someone else destroyed.  This is bad customer service. Since I'm not getting no results, I called my attorney, also I'll be getting in touch with

When you have a moment please send us a direct message, so we can assist you further. You can use the Direct Messaging icon at the top of the page to send your name and service address to "Xfinity Support." It's next to the bell icon on the right side of the page.

No worries! To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
