2 day shipping?
Hello,
I ordered a phone and added a line on the 28th of May and the shipment got sent out on May 30th. Based off what the representative said it should have been here by Sunday. Instead expected shipping was on Monday, then got pushed to end of day today and now it has been delayed again for tomorrow. I have been waiting both days and each time the representatives say, "rest assured" every time I reached out about my shipping. I am not assured. Why has it been delayed so many times? Maybe don't mention 2-day shipping if you guys are not able to keep those promises. I'm frustrated and confused on why I got lied to and why the agents mention how they will reach out to fedex about the order yet other say they cant do anything? What is going on?
