XFinityDoorbell zaps TV sound
When someone activated the XFinity doorbell, the sound stops on the main TV (and doesn’t come back unless we cycle power).
why? (Cant’s XFinity products get along)
what can we do? (Without losing functionality)

Hey @user_3ef60f, thank you for reaching out to Xfinity Support on our Forums. That's crazy, I haven't heard of that one before and I'd love to get to the bottom of it. My first thought is that it may be the notifications to the TV box not going through completely stopping the sound from working. Are you able to pull the camera view on the TV box alright?
