I don’t know how to cancel part of all of the order I just placed I ordered the wrong thing.

I accidentally ordered the wrong lock. Is there a way to cancel that from my order? If not, can I return it?

If you go in through the site you placed the order on, does the order still show as pending?  You may also be able to use the Xfinity App to cancel it.
