Xfinity home security

Hi - I can’t connect to my home security system via app anymore. It just randomly stopped. It appears that the security system is still works. I armed it using the touchpad but I can’t access it using the app anymore. All is see in the app is “Now connecting to your home”.

my touchscreen has stopped displaying the temp. I have restarted it several times with no success. It says I have no cellullar connectivity.
