my touchscreen has stopped displaying the temp. I have restarted it several times with no success. It says I have no cellullar connectivity.

user_3b42de  Thank you for reaching out. let's check your touchscreen connection. 

On your Home screen:

  • Swipe up to open the dashboard (if applicable), tap the gear icon, then tap Devices.

  • Or, if your touchscreen has apps, tap Settings.

  1. Enter your four digit Master Keypad Code.

  2. On the Categories screen, tap Advanced Settings.

  3. Tap Connectivity.

  4. Tap Test Connectivity.
