Xfinity Camera Missing in Xfinity Home Phone App and Automation

I understand that the latest Indoor Cameras are only viewable via the touchscreen and the Xfinity app. I have a rule set in my Xfinity Home app to start recording when the security alarm is triggered. Since these cameras aren't viewable directly in the Xfinity Home app, will they still be able to record video when the alarm goes off?  I have 3 Indoor Cameras that I can view in the touchcreen and the Xfinity app but I cannot view them in the Xfinity Home app.
