I installed a new battery and it still show "low" battery and is offline

@user_713e02 Good afternoon! Thank you for letting us know you are having this issue with the Xfintiy Home equipment. Was this a new battery you installed to replace an old one or one that came with the equipment? Essentially, does it need a new battery other than what it came with or do you need help troubleshooting the low battery indicator?
