I installed a new battery and it still show "low" battery and is offline

Good afternoon! Thank you for letting us know you are having this issue with the Xfintiy Home equipment. 

Was this a new battery you installed to replace an old one or one that came with the equipment? Essentially, does it need a new battery other than what it came with or do you need help troubleshooting the low battery indicator?
