Touchscreen and cameras not working after internet outage
Our internet went down in our neighborhood today and I've not been able to get my xfinity home touchscreen or cameras to work. This happened once before about a month ago and it took me 3 days to get them working. I tried the same steps as last time, still won't work. It is impossible to get any help from either the xfinity app ( chat box diverts to a blank screen) or the xfinity website( chat box says bad gateway) .
