I have a home at [Edited: "Personal Information"]in Chatham MA and I was trying to remotely connect to my security system but I keep getting a message that there is a network issue.  Need to address this issue.

Good morning @user_z5p08i, and thank you for posting your issue to the Xfinity forums, I hope this message finds you well. I am sorry to hear about the issue you are having connecting to the security system in your home, I know that can be stressful. Is the security system you have in that home a Xfinity Home security system, or a third party system that is connected to the internet?
