Phishing emails or fake websites where you may have unknowingly entered personal info.
Public records or social media where your name, phone number, or service provider is visible.
Spoofing: Scammers can fake caller ID to make it look like they’re calling from a legitimate number.
What You Should Do Now:
Do not call the number back or provide any more information.
Block the number on your phone.
Check your Xfinity account for any unauthorized changes or charges.
Change your Xfinity password and enable two-factor authentication if you haven’t already.
