replace battery warning not resetting

I changed batteries in two of my door sensors.  The low battery warning does not clear.  On the  base station, the battery reports as good but still the notification will not clear.  I changed another one a week or so ago and it never acted this way.

How do I reset the warning.  The only questions I find here have Xfinity folks telling people to DM them.

I have rebooted the system but still no joy.  The only answer I have found says to leave the battery out for 5 minutes and then replace which seem like a problem with the system itself.

Hey there, @pjnanook, thanks for reaching out through Xfinity Forums regarding your sensors. Thanks for replacing the batteries and trying a reboot already. Since the base station is showing the sensor battery status as Good, it sounds like the sensor is communicating correctly, but the low-battery alert may not have fully cleared from the system yet. Do the affected door sensors show a normal open/closed status when you open and close the door?

Everything is normal except the flags are still set.  This did not happen when I have changed batteries before.  The only difference I can think of is this time I had the batteries out of the pack and ready to put the new one in.  The sensor was sans battery for much less time.

Thanks for the update. If the sensors are functioning normally and showing a good battery level, the alert may not have cleared properly. Is the warning appearing on the touchscreen, in the app, or both, and how long has it been since the batteries were replaced?

I replaced the batteries two days ago.  Doors have been opened and closed several times.  Flag shows on both the base station and the app.
