Record of outages

There has to be a record of outages in my area somewhere in this age of AI. There should be a huge concern. I look at my security system and cameras and there is no detection of an outage - but I know there was an outage because  while watching tv your system told me there was a WiFi disruption and advised me to unplug my router. Then since my phone on WiFi call - I could not access Xfinity website. So my security system, cameras, fire detectors, WiFi and tv not working.

Recently in Arizona , Nancy Guthrie was kidnapped and her WiFi cameras provided zero information . Actually the police saw footage from 2 days before of someone masked trying to get in house. Was there an Xfinity outage? If there was - then nobody would have seen a [Edited: "Profanity"] thing- because wait for it folks- “the wifi is booming!!!”. 
I’m paying 330.00 a month for reliable service- and I want my cameras working 24/7. If the WiFi is down- send me a text or email. Or call me at 3am.

instead of me - an old man- unplugging and plugging in wires - like a stupid monkey.
