Pixelation problem

We have a pixelation problem which seems to follow the main Xfinity box around. I have exchanged the box once and it continues to pixelate. I have moved the box to 3 other tvs and it does the same thing on all. The odd part it only pixelates on a few stations and no other stations or streaming apps?
 Very frustrating!

Same here too. It used to be only on a few channels, but now it seems to be on every channel. We’re using an X1 set top box. I’ve refreshed, restarted, unplugged/plugged back in, modem reset, router reset and nothing helps. Also, now we can’t get the Hulu app to open on the X1 streaming. The pixelating has been getting worse for months; the Hulu issue started April 1st.

Good afternoon pamm2. You have reached the right team, and I will be happy to assist you further. For the pixelating I appreciate the steps you have taken so far. Have you already attempted to tighten the coax cable at the wall, as well as the back of the box?

For the Hulu issue, are you receiving any specific error messages?

Sorry, user_ocbox2 - I think I sent my comment to you personally, but I meant to post it here.

Hello @user_ocbox2, Thanks so much for taking a moment out of your day to leave a post on our community forum, and we would be happy to help. We do have a great troubleshooting page that could help. Take a look here: Cable Help Guide and let us know if that helps.
