No notification

Got the indoor/outdoor cam on 9/24/22. Couldn't get notifications to work. Switch that one for another on on 9/25/22. Had the store to check my iphone to make sure my setting was right, they was. After a week of trying everything it still doesn't notify. It's not my phone cause I get notifications from my other cam. But it records. Will be returning 10/2/22

@user_6f22ef Thank you for reaching out on the Xfinity Community Forums. I am happy to work with you to take a look into some settings if you wish. I can understand if you have already returned the Camera as well. If you still need assistance please let us know.
