Night Time Vision
My security camera I have works just fine until the sun goes down. Once it’s night the latest and greatest Xfinity camera does not switch to its night vision. I have to tried to reset it through either the Xfinity app, the Xfinity Home app and manually unplugging it for 10 seconds and plugging it back in. Nothing works!!!

I have this same problem. I've contacted Comcast through chat multiple times and all they ever want to do is reset my modem. It is an issue with the quality of the cameras, not my connection. The old cameras worked great - they installed these new ones awhile back and I haven't been able to see a thing at night ever since.
