Netgear CAX80 Modem reporting Downstream power is poor (10.9dBmV). The recommended level is between -10dBmV to 10dBmV.
I just replaced my Arris moden with the netgear CAX80 and when I enter the modem admin panel and check the connection I get "Modem reporting Downstream power is poor (10.9dBmV). The recommended level is between -10dBmV to 10dBmV." A comcast tech was at the house about a month ago and said all the wiring to my modem was fine. I've double checked all of my coax connections to make sure they are in good order and tight. How can i correct this situation.
