Not working how exactly?? I’m on hold with Tier 3. I have no connectivity with any of my cameras. I can’t connect on touchscreen, or the apps. They show on Xfinity Home, but can’t connect to them, they don’t even show up on the Xfinity app at all.

@XfinityAirelle really, lol. There was a very known outage on the cameras. This was an engineering fix, resetting the tablet is a futile suggestion. If you’re an Xfinity employee, you should’ve known about the outage.
