I moved my touchscreen into my garage and plugged it back in.. let it beep outside where I can’t hear it.

This is certainly not the experience that we want you to have with your touchscreen for home security, @SSinner. Does the touchscreen show an alert for one of your devices losing it's connection to the network? It may also be that one of the sensors need to be serviced or the battery needs to be replaced. Let us know if you're still running into this issue and we will be here to help.

I no longer work for Comcast.

Hello @cmkphilly09

Thank you for reporting this to our Xfinity Community Forum. We are getting reports from other customers saying this issue has been resolved. Can you confirm?

If ongoing, would you please reset your touchscreen? Remove the battery cover by gently pulling towards the bottom of the screen. Remove the battery and unplug the power cord. Wait 10 seconds and replace the battery and plug in the power cord. This will restart the touchscreen.

Also, please check and change the batteries in your keypad to see if that alleviates the issue. Some others have reported that this has fixed the problem.

I no longer work for Comcast.

Hello and thanks for posting here with this concern. The double beep is an indicator that one or more of your sensors is experiencing an issue or has been tampered with. You can see which sensor needs attention by going to your Xfinity Home touch screen and select "Zones". There you will see the area that is having the problem and a suggestion on how to clear the error.
