Help with security system

I’m a 12-year Xfinity Home customer on legacy hardware and legacy pricing. My system still depends on the old Netgear WNR1000 security router. I understand newer systems no longer require it. I’d like to discuss migrating to supported equipment and current monitoring pricing.

To better understand your needs, we'd like for you to send us a Direct Message* including your full name and service address.  I've included some handy instructions below on how to do that.  

Once we have located your account, and gotten you verified, we can review your current services, and what would be required to update them. 

How to Send Us a Direct Message*:

  1. Click "Sign In" if necessary.
  2. Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or visit Xfinity Direct Messaging.
  3. Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon.
  4. In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support".
  5. As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
  6. An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.
  7. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.
  8. Press Enter to send it.
