Gateway not seeing any of the sensors in pairing mode.

Just added smarthome option and gateway is not seeing any of the sensors given to me from xfinity when going thru setup in app (3 door, 1 motion).

Confirmed sensors had blinking light in pairing mode. Already tried factory reset on every sensor. Tried powercycling gateway. Even tried disabling 5 and 6 ghz to force 2.4ghz. Not a single sensor shows up in the setup process.
