Customer service is worst I have experienced. Most of the reps are out side USA & do not know about the territory. 
very kind people but poorly trained. English is very bad too. 
very long wait time. And impossible to bypass the voice recorder. Expect very long wait times & very irritating process.

As far as service downtime, for maintenance and known downtime, you would see an alert. For unannounced downtime, it is out of our control and usually because of unexpected issues like bad weather or power problems for example. You can check the status and details available of both planned and unplanned downtime using the methods listed here.  Are you currently having a problem?
