Fixing a tampered sensor

Hi, I believe I'm having the same issue here.  My sensor shows "Tampered" after a battery change.

No matter what I try, such as, replacing battery and/or hold the tamper switch, the sensor has a green light that kept blinking 3 times whenever the battery is in.

Hey there, @user_pui6um. Sounds like we need to get you the temporary premise pass code or set up an appointment to get one of our awesome technicians out there to check on that sensor. If you could please send me a DM with your first and last name along with your full-service address, we can get started.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

 - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

 - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
