I just got a new Ethernet cable for my cameras and I’m getting no connection, both the gateway and monitor show no connection whatsoever no lights or anything so I don’t know what else to do. Any help would be appreciated thank you!

Hi @user_mm3loy Thank you for reaching out on the Xfinity Community Forums. Are the cameras with Xfinity home or a 3rd party? Are you having connection issues with using the internet itself?
