Downloading home security certificate

Hi,

I am looking to download my home security certificate but having trouble getting to the webpage https://customer.xfinity.com/#/services/home without it rerouting automatically to another page. I have not been able to contact a live person to get help with this

The full directions for obtaining your home security certificate are located here : https://www-support.xfinity.com/support/articles/certificate-alarm-system Can you follow those steps and let us know if you run into any trouble?

Even after following the link and signing in it always redirects to https://www.xfinity.com/auth and not the webpage that is shown as an example in the support article. That webpage will show up for a second before it redirects

@user_47sfgi, thanks! Have you tried another browser or cleared the cache and cookies on your current one? I am able to get to the link and sign in, so it seems to be working in general.

Hi, I have tried clearing the cache and cookies in my browser and also tried a few different browser options with no luck.  It's almost as if there is no home security plan attached to my account.  Can you confirm this in my account, can you see a security certificate?
