Chime box keeps ringing

When we bought the video doorbell, the xfinity technician connected the little white box to the existing chime box.  Now a few months later the chime box is ringing and no one is at the door. How can I fix this?

I’m a different user with the same question.  Tech has been here twice. When system is hooked up no chime problem. Next day the chime is full of static intermittently until it starts ringing continuously. I called Xfinity and was told the Ring chime would work. I bought it but when the tech came the second time he told me Ring chime is not compatible. What is?  There is no information on your website regarding ring chime comp ability.
