Hey there, @user_xxdgim, thanks for reaching out through Xfinity Forums regarding your cameras. I can understand how concerning that is, especially if the camera isn't showing any lights at all. Have you had a chance to try a different power outlet or power cable (if available) to see if the camera powers on? If there are still no lights after that, it may help narrow down whether the issue is with the camera itself or the power source.
