Camera use after service
I was told by multiple reps that the camera feeds could still be viewed from the Xfinity app even if we didn’t have service. We’ve moved out of the Xfinity service area so have no option to use them but our devices are paid for. There’s no option in the app to view camera feeds even after resetting them. Help!

• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message" icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message

Hello. I was wondering if you found this to be correct, or? I’m afraid after I have purchased 3 new outdoor cameras and a security lock that I’m just gonna be stuck with them after my service. I spent over $500 on these. Wondering if they only work on Xfinity too?
