Camera use after service

I was told by multiple reps that the camera feeds could still be viewed from the Xfinity app even if we didn’t have service. We’ve moved out of the Xfinity service area so have no option to use them but our devices are paid for. There’s no option in the app to view camera feeds even after resetting them. Help!

It is our pleasure to work together and look into if you are able to use the Xfinity Home cameras through the app when you do not have service. Please send us a DM with your name and address so we can immeditaly dig into this to see if it possible. Here's the detailed steps to direct message us: 
• Click "Sign In" if necessary 
• Click the "Direct Message" icon (upper right corner of this page) 
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon 
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list 
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
• Press Enter to send your message
