Audacy - stops at splash screen

I listen to Audacy every day. I open it by simply saying Audacy into my voice remote for my X1. I have my main X1 downstairs plus the smaller box for my upstairs. It now works on neither box. It loads the Audacy splash screen and goes no farther.

I've cleared my cache on my main X1 box (settings > privacy > local data) but it didn't help. 

And of course restarted my X1

Any other suggestions?
