Zero accountability on xfinity's side

Living in a rural area, our previous and only internet option was out for a month with no sight of resolution in our future. Xfinity became available and I jumped on it. I was told that our house had never been "tapped" before so they'd have to have a tech come out. It was 3-4 weeks before that happened. Once he showed up, a very long cable was left in the yard. I received a notification that it would need to be buried and I'd receive further information. I did receive a couple notifications stating the order had been placed but nothing else. I was certainly never informed that they would just show up yesterday to bury this cable. But they did. I recently moved to rural Indiana in June, I have T-Mobile which DOES NOT WORK where I live. I've been battling with them for 2.5 months getting nowhere. Xfinity was my saving grace being able to communicate with family and friends once again, after 2 months of what felt like total isolation. Now I arrive home from work to discover I'm right back to isolating circumstances. This is unacceptable. I called but got no where, they want you to use the chat AI option. Absolute nightmare! 3.5 hours on the chat feature and with a supervisor and ZERO resolution was even offered. Originally from TN, my son opted to join the military, he's being deployed from TX. I'm now in a new level of hell which has been unlocked, my son will now deploy for a year and I will be kept from being able to FaceTime him or even speak to him. I repeatedly explained this to xfinity, essentially groveled and plead to have someone come out yesterday to fix this. Their appointment set for Monday between 5-7pm is too late. My son will have left before that timeframe. Then I was told they could get someone out today, Saturday between 8am-8pm. Again, that will be too late. I had Friday, last night to get this resolved. Nope. Was not done. I'm not sure how a place of business accepts that when their techs cause the issue they aren't held accountable and instead make it a new customers problem. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the way they failed to resolve this matter. My son was not available in my small window of availability when I had service. So now I have not been given the opportunity to see him over FaceTime or speak to him, to tell him I love him. Xfinity robbed me of that. It will not be fixed, you cannot provide me another opportunity. You have utterly failed here. And I was informed by the "supervisor" that it was reported the cable was cut. I did not report that, which indicates it came from their end. You broke it, you should be responsible for fixing it. The havoc and chaos you caused is beyond comprehension and repair. This is not frustration that I can't watch tv, this is so much more than that. They acted like I could just contact the US government and ask them to delay my sons deployment which is so ridiculous I can't even fathom words at that logic. I do not think they deserve a one star rating, I'd give them negative ratings if it were an option, but it is not.

Can you give me a little more detail on what concerns or issue you have?

More incompetence I see. Your tech apparently cut the cable during the bury process and now I have no wifi/internet connection. Xfinity's refusal or acknowledge to attempt a resolution is highly unacceptable.

And no, my questions and concerns were not answered or even acknowledged when I received this generic and asinine response.
