Your technician did NOT call, text, show up today for an appt that your group set for 10a - 12p . I want an escalated tech appointment
i have 2 emails confirming the appointment, i work at my house so i was here ALL DAY i have no missed calls, no texts and no email saying that the tech was running late or not coming. i have been waiting since Sunday already. FIX YOUR MESS . i expect an expedited appointment and a call from the technician supervisor with an explanation and an apology. I have spent 3 hours trying to reach someone about this today without success.
