you need to have a customer service PHONE NUMBER. Aoutomated [EDITED: Language]. It doesn't help anybody and [EDIT: Language] most people off.
I need my WiFi turned back on I was using it last night my bill is paid fix my stuff please. Get me a new router box get me a live person to talk to please. This is an easy fix, but the ability to communicate to a live person is stupid.
