You CS is as bad as your internet service

It's really bad when it takes forever to connect to someone on the phone after jumping walls with all of the stupid useless chatbot and texting just so I can be treated like I'm stupid by your tech support then for him to reboot my device without saying he will do so then when I confront him he lied to me then next disconnect all my devices from the network cause he is running a stupid troubleshooting book that makes no sense. 20 minutes later oh yeah I'm escalating this to tier 3 no joke [Edited: "Inflammatory"] I told you it's an issue with service but nah what do I know. I promise as soon as I find a different provider I'm done with you.

@XfinityJeniece​ no need. This is way beyond service issue, this is regarding being disrespected and lied to on the call by your unprofessional and unfit customer service person. Service been always an issue but when your customer service go down hill there is no reason for us paying customers to tolerate your company or for that manner to tolerate the disrespectful unprofessional people on the phone since they represent Xfinity.
