Yet another "outage"

There is absolutely NO excuse for service to be interrupted. EVER. I had AT&T for over 20 years and have no recollection of the service dropping. This is completely unacceptable and 100% incompetence. As a customer for only a week now, and having a nightmare getting set up, now this? I will be removing their equipment from my house and asking for a full refund within the month. Your service is horrible. Your customer service is worse and completely useless. I will be searching for a new is elsewhere.

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Hi @user_2ep66o, internet has become a main staple in many of our lives. I understand how even 10 minutes of interruption during an important time frame can derail a day. Service interruptions can happen for many reasons, with fault often lying outside Xfinity's control. Our teams work endlessly to make sure that our customers have a reliable and consistent connection. I can definitely take a look at the network in your area to see what is going on, if things are more isolated, we can definitely work to get you the reliable service that you deserve. If you could please send our team a direct message with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), and the service address associated with your account.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
